- What is BIT?
- BIT stands for Burrell, Igo, Taylor. These are the three elementary schools in the town of Foxborough.
- "The BIT" is a common phrase used to indicate the BIT Auction which is a fundraising event held each fall. The BIT Auction is a combined effort by all three schools to raise money to support programs at each school. The schools take in turn to lead the event, with the other two schools assisting, and the profits are split equally among the three schools.
- What are specials?
- Specials are the non-core classes students attend.
- Specials at the Burrell include Wellness, Art, Music, and Library for Grades K-4, as well as Spanish for Grades 1-4.
