An important part of any successful year is the wide variety of PTO-funded enrichment programs and field trips offered to our children. Through yearlong fundraising, the PTO raises the necessary money to support these programs and provide the “extras” which enhance each child’s Burrell experience. A real team effort is needed between parents, staff, and administration to ensure our fundraising success, and Burrell families have always been very generous in their participation.
The intent of the PTO is to provide families with a variety of voluntary fundraisers and events over the course of the school year from which they can choose as a way to support the school.

General Fund
General donations are accepted any time during the school year. These donations are 100% tax deductible. Some families choose this as a way to contribute in lieu of participating in our direct selling fundraisers. In addition, some employers match fundraising donations (in the past one employer matched nearly $1,000!). If your company does this, please forward the appropriate form to our Burrell PTO Treasurers.
